Register and order suitable sms package. You will receive a welcome email that contains login credentials and links to help files. Login to your account, upload excel file that contains mobile numbers, compose message and send. You can also send messages directly from excel upon installation of sms excel plugin. You can view and download message delivery reports. |

What are credits? |
| |
SMS credits are the currency you need to purchase to send messages. Generally 1 credit is equal to 1 message. There may be offers during which 5 messages may consume only 4 credits. |

What is the maximum text length allowed in single SMS? |
| |
The maximum text length allowed in a single message is 160 characters. If the length is exceeded then the message will be delivered as 2 or more messages and charged accordingly. The character length for 2 messages is 306 and for 3 messages is 459. |

How do I know my credit balance? |

Credit balance can be seen in your control panel after you login to your account. |

Can I send local and national sms using Bulk SMS Service? |

Yes. There is no difference in cost for local or national sms. |

What is a Sender ID? |
| |
If the Sender ID is set as Bulk SMS, then the users would receive a sms titled as Bulk SMS. You can request more Sender IDs. |
